O.D., F.C.O.V.D.

Dr. Justine Simon Bailey has a strong passion for changing lives through vision therapy and neuro-optometric rehabilitation. Her journey to becoming an eye doctor started during her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego where she shadowed a vision therapy practice. Very early on, she developed a passion for treating patients with visual disorders such as strabismus, amblyopia, learning related vision problems, and acquired brain injury. Born and raised in San Jose, California, Dr. Bailey graduated from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry (WUCO) in 2015 and completed her residency in Vision Therapy and Visual Rehabilitation at SUNY College of Optometry in 2016.
